He felt his orgasm nearing and moved over Felicia so he was poised in a pushup position. Harrison continued to pound into her with all of his strength. Felicia not wanting to miss a deliciously painful stroke, raised her ass even higher to meet him stroke for stroke. That did him in and pushed him over the mountain top. Felicia rained all over him. Cuming loudly for all to hear.

Chapter Twenty-Three

Felicia was still deliciously sore the next day as she and Harrison laid on the couch. Limbs entwined with each other. He had not been bluffing when he told her their first time was only just the beginning. After he came loudly for the entire neighborhood to hear, he spent thirty minutes eating Felicia’s pussy from top to bottom.

Telling her, “I’ve never tasted anything as sweet as you Felicia.” After the first ten minutes and her third orgasm, she was inclined to believe him.

Afterwards they took a shower where things got carried away once again. So carried away Felicia got her hair wet and that was a no, no! Harrison was amazed at the natural state of her hair. How it went from being straight to tight little curly ringlets. Making her a spitting image of her daughters. He thought she looked so adorable like that. She told him to enjoy it while he could, it would be back to being straight the next day.

Her smart aleck remark earned her a punishment that was so delicious Felicia found herself scheming on how to get “
punished
” like that again. Understanding what she was looking for Harrison informed her, “If you need to be punished again Felicia, I won’t allow you to climax.” Quickly and effectively putting an end to her plotting.

They had briefly discussed how they were going to break their news to the girls. Felicia suggested they should just sit them down and tell them. No biggie. In the end Felicia left the choice up to Harrison and how he wanted to tell them.

Finally not being able to contain his excitement any longer on them being official, Harrison made Felicia get up so they could go over to Analia’s house. She wasn’t nervous per se, but she was still in such a messy situation. Felicia knew her family would be happy for her as they had grown tired of David’s incompetence long ago.

When they pulled into the drive, she saw that Hailey had beaten her there
again
. Even though they were an hour early. Felicia had wanted to be the first one here. Not only did Hailey beat her, but her parents and uncles car were all parked as if they’d been there for quite some time as well. She could smell an ambush coming on.

“Shit.”

Harrison turned to her with a huge grin on his face.

“Looks like it’s a full house Hunh?” He commented, stating the obvious through his half assed attempt at suppressing his laughter.

“Mmmm hm. Come on, let’s get this over with. Something tells me Elena has been giving insider information if all the troops have been assembled this early.”

It was only a little after eleven in the morning, her parents, aunt and uncle should all still be at church. Groaning to herself, Felicia could only hope that they did not skip service for this.

Walking through the garage, she and Harrison entered Analia’s house via the side door bringing them right into the lion’s den. Known to everyone else as the kitchen. Their sudden appearance brought the loud animated chatter and laughter to a screeching halt. Nothing but silence surrounded them.

“Good morning everybody!” Felicia greeted. Maybe if she acted as if everything was normal they would too. But from the way her cousins and mother’s eyes were glued to where Harrison’s hand rested solidly at her hip, she seriously doubted that.

“Good morning to you too boo!” Hailey greeted back cheerily. “Who is this tall piece of wood you brought over with you?” Hailey asked obviously forgetting her husband Calvin was also in the room until he cleared his throat. That did nothing to deter her from getting her answer. “Well? I would say cat got your tongue, but from the way you’re glowing I’d say that’s a question for your guest and not you.”

“Hailey!” Felicia admonished as Analia spit out her coffee laughing uncontrollably at her sisters actions.

“Alright Hailey, that’s enough.” Hailey’s mother said, finally taking her to task. Turning to where Felicia and Harrison were still standing just inside the kitchen. Turning on her megawatt smile. “You’ll have to excuse my daughter Hailey, she doesn’t use the sense God gave her most days. I’m Anita and you are?”

“My name is Harrison, nice to meet you Miss Anita,” he greeted as he shook her hand.

“Well, well, well. Cute and manners. He’s already got my vote.” Anita walked out the room to check on the men who were watching Game Day on ESPN in the front room.

“It’s nice to see you again Harrison, it’s been a while.” Felicia’s mother greeted from where she sat at the kitchen island. Leaving her side, he walked over to where her mother sat. Giving her a hug and kissing her on the cheek.

“It’s good to see you again as well Mrs. Montgomery. Now that Mr. Montgomery is preparing for retirement we never get to see you at the shop anymore for your routine maintenance.”

“Yes I know. That man drives me so crazy at times I have to find things to keep him occupied. Unfortunately taking mine and his car in to Kincaid’s keeps him busy at least half a day. So I had to give that duty up to him. I take it the crew is doing well?”

“Yes ma’am, they miss your pound cakes, but besides that they’re good.” Felicia shook her head in amazement. She knew about her father spending time at the shop to get away from home, she’d had no clue her mom used to spend a nice amount of time there as well. And baking for Harrison and his workers…what the…

“That’s good, I’ll have Jacob bring one by this week. How’re your parents doing Harrison?”

And that’s how the first half hour went. Her mom catching up with Harrison on the goings on of his family and employees. Her cousins and aunt interjecting a question or few whenever permitted.

Felicia’s father Jacob came in to see what all the ruckus was about. You would’ve thought Felicia had been elected the first female president of the United States the way he was grinning from ear to ear at her with pride. She knew her dad didn’t like David all that much, she just never knew how much he didn’t until now.

“Hey Son! I heard you were here, come on into the living room with us and catch the game.”

Harrison got up from where he was sitting next to Felicia at the table. He leaned down and kissed her on her temple. Whispering in her ear whenever she was ready, just let him know. He then walked out side by side with her dad as if this was all a normal occurrence. She really appreciated him telling her it was her call on when they left. She could only deal with the original founders of the Martin Inquisition for so long.

Turning their full attention to her, Felicia had four sets of eyes staring at her. For no other reason than she had birthed her, Cassandra Montgomery stepped up to the plate first.

“Is there something you’d like to tell us sweetie?” Felicia had perfected the blank stare by the time she was thirteen, she was flawless at it now.

“No, not that I can think of mom. Anything in particular you’re asking about?” Cassandra laughed at her stubborn daughter, knowing this would not be an easy expedition.

“Four more years dear, four more years. Then it’ll be your turn to deal with your younger self. Harrison, Felicia. Is there anything you would like to tell us about Harrison?”

Shrugging as if it were no big deal Felicia responded, “Nothing really, we decided to be monogamous. But that’s about it.”

“Bi…” Hailey started, then remembered her aunt and mother were there. “Heifer when did you and Harrison start seeing each other in order to be monogamous now? And before you answer, I just want you to know that Elena started talking after her second Coke. Ok, go on, answer the question.” Hailey instructed as she raised her right brow daring Felicia to hold out.

“There’s really no time line. I, we kept running into each other. One of them being when my car went to the shop and instead of being stuck at the shop on a beautiful day, we all hung out at the park together.” All four sets of eyes were boring into her.
Okay more. They wanted more.

“You guys know that when I filled in for Saroya that the new girl at the office, Jenna became my assistant. Well that’s how I started working out, going to the gym her fiancé`’ owns. Little did I know Harrison is also a member of Get It Right Keep It Tight Gym.”

Hailey walked to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of champagne along with a jug of OJ. Analia pulled out five stem less wine glasses for the mimosas.

“Okay so from running into each other, to seeing him at the gym to you picking up your kids at your family’s house together. You see where I’m a little lost?” If looks could kill Analia would be on the floor. She was helping the enemy.

“Of course I can Lia.” Felicia agreed laced with so much sugar it made even her nauseas. “We continued to hang out and spend time together. Sometimes with the girls and sometimes without.”

“Like last night.” Hailey threw in for good measure.

“Yes…like last night.” Even though it wasn’t said, Hailey and Analia heard the bitch behind that yes.

“We also decided last night that we were ready to move forward instead of trying to wait for the perfect time. Life is too short for that.”

“Well I know it’s been far too long since I’ve seen you genuinely happy. You just don’t know how much I regret introducing you to David. He was truly a wolf in sheep’s clothing. This young man seems like he really cares for you and was raised right. What I’m trying to say is I’m happy for you LiLi.” Felicia rarely heard her childhood nickname her aunt called her by in over twenty years.

“Thank you Auntie.”

“Felicia I don’t want you to think that I’m not happy for you. Or that I’m raining on your parade. I’ve been tired of David’s shit for a long while now. Only good thing he’s ever done in life is to father my prescious grandbabies. But that’s where his usefulness in life ends. I just don’t want you to start something before you’ve cleaned the mess up in your house baby.”

“I know mom. Trust me I do. I’ve been trying to clean house for a while now and David just won’t leave. I think this will actually finally make him get out. Not trying to throw my happiness in his face but I’m not going to hide it either. I’m with Harrison and I don’t care who knows it.” Felicia stated giving them her thousand watt smile. A smile they had all feared was lost forever.

“So I take it you’re telling the girls about the new development?” Asked Hailey.

“Yes, we’re going to do that when we leave here.” Just then a herd of cattle seemed to be making their way upstairs to them.

“Speaking of the little sweet devils.” There was so much noise and commotion with all the kids greeting Felicia, giving her hugs and kisses galore. “I don’t know how you do it Analia, seven little people all at one time.”

“Takes practice. Don’t worry, we’ll get you up to par in no time.” Hailey said as she was holding her two year old niece Hadley. To an outsider you would think Hadley was Hailey’s the way she was always glued to her. But no, she was just crazy about her namesake.

“If you say so. I think we’ll have to have an age limit. Four and over to gain admittance.” Everyone laughed at Felicia, but little did they know she was dead serious.

“Don’t listen to Li Hadley, she just knows that you’ll be the life of the party that’s all. Come on, let’s go find uncle.”

“Will you send Harrison in please. We need to get going.”

“Mmmm hmm. You just don’t want me to have any one on one time with him.” Felicia stuck her tongue out at Hailey as she left the kitchen.

“Girls go downstairs and get your stuff please.”

“Mom, Mr. Harrison is here?” Elena asked, elevating each word up a higher octave than the last.

“Yes Mr. Harrison is here. Now will you go get your things so we can leave?”

“Yaaaaaay,” and off Elena went running down to the basement to get her overnight bag. And probably Dana’s too as she was moving a little slower. Undoubtedly trying to figure out what all this meant. David hadn’t been to Analia or Hailey’s house in years. Barely made it to her parents outside of major holidays.

“I do not envy you at all,” Analia shared as they all watched Dana skulk away.

“Chile I was just thinking the same thing,” Aunt Anita confessed as she burst into laughter. Everyone joining in except Felicia.

Chapter Twenty Four

They decided to go to a pizza parlor and arcade to grab a snack and have
the talk
with Dana and Elena. Felicia’s nerves immediately wound up tight when they left Analia’s house. Harrison wasn’t sure if Felicia was anxious about telling the girls or from trying to keep an eye on every move the girls made. She had already called them over to the booth five times to admonish them about this or that. He didn’t get it. They were at a kid establishment. What was there to worry about?

“You need to relax baby. They’re just playing with the other kids. You don’t have to be worried about them getting into anything.” Felicia let out a slight chuckle.

“It’s not that I’m worried about them getting into anything H. It’s…never mind, you wouldn’t understand.” Harrison raised his right eyebrow.

“Really? Why don’t you try me?”

“I’m telling you now Harrison you’re not going to get it. We should just drop it.”

“Do you think I’m so closed minded, that even if I didn’t get it, I couldn’t see your point of view?”

“Okay, you asked for it. As a black person whenever you are out in a public establishment, you always have to be on” Felicia hesitated for a moment, trying to find the right words, “your p’s and q’s. You see it as they aren’t doing anything more than the other kids. You would be absolutely one hundred percent correct in your assessment. But the other kids are white. You don’t see the manager, staff or the other parents taking note when a white child is being overly loud and obnoxious. But a brown child…they’re immediately noticed.

“Then I’m looked at as if my children don’t have any manners or home training. Regardless of the fact that this is a place for kids to be loud, rambunctious and have fun.”

Harrison wanted to refute everything that had just fell from Felicia’s mouth. But he had witnessed the looks Dana garnered when she beat a little white boy on the video game they were playing. Like any other child, she was dancing and celebrating her victory. You would have thought she was causing a spectacle with all the eyes that were trained on her. When the little white boy had beat her five minutes earlier and screamed the house down with his victory, including getting in Dana’s face and yelling,
take that!
No one paid attention to it. He’d started to get up and put the boy in his place, but Elena handled it. Telling him that he sure was a sore loser when he’d won four times to Dana’s one little victory.

“I…” Harrison stopped short of saying he got it. Because truly he didn’t and probably never could. He could however see how it wasn’t right. And it was a prime reason why he didn’t give a fuck about what other people thought about him.

“I understand what you’re saying. And all I can say to that is, I want you to try and adapt to my way of thinking. Fuck em! They don’t pay you and have no bearing on how you live your life. No one would dare step out of line and if they do… that’s what I’m here for.”

Felicia just shook her head at Harrison. No he would never quite understand, but the fact that he admitted it, made the conversation a bearable one. He was trying to see it from her point of view. She could relax her guard somewhat and let the girls have their uninterrupted fun. But all that did was just free up more brain power to worry about telling them about their relationship.

“Maybe I should talk to them alone first.” Felicia told Harrison as they sat at the table watching Dana and Elena play video games. Harrison reached his hands across the table and grasped hers that were clasped together forming tightly balled fists. He pulled them apart holding one in each of his. Gently rubbed the tops of hers with his thumbs.

“I get that you’re nervous and even scared. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous also. Dana is a tough cookie. And even though Elena seems to love me,” he paused grinning ear to ear, making Felicia roll her eyes in response. “She may feel differently when I’m presented as the man that loves her mother.” Felicia drew in a sharp intake of air. Harrison continued on as if he hadn’t just told her he loved her for the first time.

“You’re used to handling everything alone because you’ve had no choice but to in the past. But that’s no longer the case. I’m here. We are in this together. I’m not in this to play around or play house. I’m in this for keeps. I hope you are too.”

Harrison sat back in the booth continuing to hold her hands across the table. If it wasn’t for the fact she hadn’t told the girls yet, she would be flinging herself into Harrison’s lap right about now.

“You’re right, I am used to making decisions and handling everything on my own. But I’m also worried about not only how Dana will take the news, but also what she’ll say.” Harrison laughed, loudly. Hell he didn’t know what Dana would say either.

“Dana is just a very blunt, tell it like it is child. She says what’s on her mind. I have a few nieces that fall into that category. But that’s a great trait to have. Regardless of what she says, I’ll always know where I stand with her.”

“That’s true…”

When the pizza arrived at the table the girls returned to the table rubbing in the hand sanitizer the establishment provided. After saying grace, Elena and Harrison dug in. Felicia and Dana picked at their slices. Felicia was in her own thoughts trying to figure out to broach the subject, when Dana beat her to it.

“So are you two boyfriend and girlfriend or something?” She asked looking both of them directly in the eye.

“I would go with or something just because I think I’m a little too old to have a girlfriend. But I guess that’s the easiest way for you guys to understand it. Yes your mom and I are together. How do you two feel about that?”

Dana was looking intensely at Felicia. “I guess its okay. Mom’s been real happy lately.”

“And you?” Harrison asked turning his attention to Elena. A huge grin spread across her face.

“Are you going to marry our mom? If you guys get married I want to be the flower girl!”

“I do want to marry your mom. And when the time comes, I don’t see why you can’t be our flower girl.” Felicia’s gaze was locked on Harrison’s as Elena started to plan how her dress should be and that Dana could be one of the kids that get to be dressed like the other ladies.

“They’re called a junior bridesmaid Elena. You are such a baby sometimes…”

Harrison held her gaze as he partially stayed tune to the discussion to make sure it didn’t turn too heated. He mouthed I love you to Felicia. Eyes glistening with unshed tears she mouthed words,
I love you too
back in return.

The day went much better than Felicia could have ever prayed for. After Dana and Elena let the news settle, everything was back to normal. After they left the pizza parlor, they walked around looking at the window displays. Eventually headed over to Harrison’s parents’ house.

Felicia wasn’t nervous per se…she just didn’t know what she was exactly walking into. What all did they know about why her and Emma stopped hanging so tight? Harrison had never once alluded to what was the final straw between the two. Yes Emma and David didn’t get along, but she wanted to murder him after the night that changed everything.

David was in a foul mood, something had happened at work and he was being investigated by internal affairs. He’d been off with pay for a week by that time and when Felicia got home she was planning to cook a great meal and just spend some quality time. Well David had other plans. After arguing and yelling that she didn’t know how to do shit, he went off into a tirade as only he can and argued with himself for ten hours straight. Eight of those Emma had been on the phone with her, while Felicia was locked in her bedroom.

Incidentally that was also the night David put a hole in the wall beside her bedroom door. To this day that hole was still there. He’d asked her to fix it many times, but she left it there as a reminder to him of how close he comes to losing control. Because if you asked him, he was a master at keeping his cool…

To Felicia’s great relief the Kincaid clan welcomed her back into their fold with open arms. It was as if she’d never left. Felicia almost felt shorted as the girls’ received most of the attention. Emma and Felicia had a chance to talk for a few minutes. Kaitlyn, Emma’s oldest was the spitting image of her mother. Felicia was so happy to see Kaitlyn and Dana hit it off. Dana had missed her auntie Em and was ecstatic to see her. Both Emma and Felicia were surprised that Dana remembered Emma as much as she did. Felicia stopped herself from wondering what else Dana remembered from her early years.

Felicia only found herself cornered once. That was only because Harrison stuck to her like glue. Despite the ribbing and teasing he got from his siblings as a result. She was in the kitchen with Carolyn helping her put the leftover food up. The Kincaid’s had a huge family. The amount of food cooked was ridiculous! They had the kind of servings you were only used to seeing at family reunions only it was just their immediate family.

“You know dear I am so happy to have you back in our lives. Emma wasn’t the only one who missed you while you were going through things. I always wondered if you knew my doors were always open to you. That I was just a phone call away if needed.”

Wiping the tear from the corner of her eye, Felicia smiled gratefully at Carolyn. “Thank you CK, I always knew. I was just too embarrassed to admit to the kind of treatment I was putting up with. I always thought I was stronger than that or had at least been raised around better examples. Surely that would stop me from accepting garbage. But I guess when it came down to it, I was in love with being in love. I thought David loved me just as much as I loved him. But that was never the case. I accepted it for what it was about five years ago.”

“And yet he’s still around?”

“Yes and no. Not to split hairs, yes he still lives at my house. Although if asked he’d say no. But he’s there Monday through Thursday every week. And generally Friday through Sunday he’s with his girlfriend.”

“And you’re okay with this arrangement?” CK asked with an incredulous look on her face.

“Not at all. I’ve tried to get him to move out numerous times. He always comes up with excuse after excuse.”

“I see…Okay, so I have a suggestion that may work. I hope it will work, because I know my son. And he won’t be able to put up with any man disrespecting what he sees as his. And sweetie whether you know it or not, he sees you and the girls as his. You get what I’m saying? I’m not worried for Harrison, but for those sweet little girls’ father.

“David has lived with you too long for you to simply kick him out. You’re going to have to go down to the courthouse and file an eviction notice. Once that’s filed, he’ll have sixty days to get out”

“Are you serious? He doesn’t pay anything. I have to evict him in order to get him to leave, then allow him sixty days to do so?”

“I’m afraid so sweetie. But look at it like this, sixty days is nothing in comparison to the years you’ve been waiting for freedom.”

Felicia had a lot on her mind after her talk with CK. They left Harrison’s parents’ house much later than planned. The girls were exhausted from running, eating and playing with Harrisons’ nieces and nephews. They were knocked out in his backseat, using each other as a pillow. Felicia snapped a pic of them looking like the perfect angels they were not.

They pulled up to his place and Harrison shut off the pickups engine. “You know I’d be more than glad to take you guy’s home or follow you home to help get them inside.” Felicia reached out and palmed his cheek, stroking his face with her thumb.

“I know, but it’s probably better if I go home as normal. I will talk to David first thing tomorrow. I’m going to let him know that I’m involved in a serious relationship. Hopefully that’ll prompt him to move out. But if not, I’ll go down to the courthouse and file a notice of eviction.”

Harrison grabbed her hand that was on his face, pulling her closer to him until his lips met hers. Not wanting to wake the girls, but unable to keep the kiss chaste either, Harrison stroked the inside of Felicia’s mouth as if he was stroking her. With a stiff hard tongue. Felicia pulled away smiling and shaking her head.

“You’d think that between last night and this morning I would’ve had enough. But clearly I haven’t.”

Laughing, Harrison unbuckled them both. “I tried to get you guys to sleepover…”

When Felicia pulled up to her house it was pitch black except for the kitchen light. Getting her game plan together she decided the best way to get them and all their junk in the house. Felicia woke Dana up.

“We’re home sweetie. Wake up. Elena sweetie, it’s time to wake up so you can go in and lay down.”

Dana got up with no problems, Elena on the other hand was not trying to wake up and walk anywhere. Giving up two minutes later, Felicia unlocked the front door and carried Elena from the car and put her to bed.

“I’ll help you get the bags out the car Mommy.” Dana offered.

“Thanks sweetie. This should be quick then.” Ten minutes later all bags were in the house and everything was locked up. Felicia did her last check on her little ones and they were in their pajamas. Elena still knocked out, Dana was reading a book via her book light.
